Do I have to pay customs or import fees ?
We do everything possible before shipping to make sure any extra fees are prevented.
In the unfortunate circumstances when it does happen DINGEMS cannot be held responsible for any custom charges made in your country.
Free Shipping time
For US - UK is 7-14 business days.
For other countries 7 - 21 business days.
Express Shipping time worldwide 3-7 business days.
*All Solid Gold / Diamond / Vermeil pieces are made to order - please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for delivery.*
Orders are processed daily with the exception of public holidays.
We will ship your order as fast as we can, normally within 7 days.
Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
After this you will receive an email confirming that is being processed.
Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed.
Once your order is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a direct link to track your order online.
Shipping rates and options are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with shipment info and tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Time (Business Days)
The purchases may depart from various locations, resulting in variance for delivery times.
Delivery time frames may be shifted based on shipping service selected and destination.
Delivery time might be extended at holidays, please allow maximum time frame to pass.

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Weight limits per package.
In order to provide Free Worldwide Shipping,
we do have to think of the most innovative ways (such as the split an order into more than 1 package) to ensure that you receive your order as early as possible,
while at the same time keeping our shipping costs to a reasonable limit.
- An item may be slightly back-ordered, and shipped a little later than the rest of the items in an order.
- Because we are serviced by different warehouses, an order with multiple items may be shipped from the two different warehouses due to varying stock inventory between the warehouses
Canceling an order
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 12 hours as your order might have already been processed and shipped out.
Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that has just been placed (within the 12 hours as stated above).
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or 25USD redelivery fee to cover postage costs.
Other shipping matters

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your package. We ONLY accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Please pack and ship the items you wish to return with all tags attached.
Returns can be issued Store Credit or Money Refund or you may also exchange it for another size or item of equal or lesser value. Store Credit issued has no expiry date, and you may use it at anytime you want.
Please note that shipping costs are expenses incurred during product returns. Express shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed to customers who have paid for this extra service.
Please note: As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and we recommend that you use a service with tracking and/or insurance.
(DINGEMS will not be responsible for items lost during return shipping)

When approved, the chosen refund option will be processed and the credits will automatically be applied to your initial method of payment or store wallet.
